Plan Includes

  • Start Here - 4 week program; 5 days a week; under 30 min; designed to create a movement habit. You have 7 days to complete the 5 workouts. The workouts are smartly designed so that you can do them daily. Different body parts are targeted. Mobility day included.

  • Level Up - 4 week program; 3 days a week; under 45 min; designed to challenge you to the next level. This one is broken up into Upper Body, Lower Body and Full Body.

  • Level Up 2 - 4 week program; 3 days a week; under 45 min. Same concept as the original but an entirely new set of workouts.

  • Fast & Furious - 2 week program; 3 days a week; designed to increase your endurance, elevate the heart rate and tighten the body. This program is all Full Body with a Finisher for each workout.

  • Lift with Me - 4 week program; 4 days a week; around 45 min. This program is split into 2 Upper Body workouts and 2 Lower Body workouts each week. This is the only program where I included both FA and AYOP. The FA portion will feel the most like a 1:1 with me. If you have the moves down, just swipe and complete the remaining set with AYOP.

  • Strong Bones - 4 workouts; in-depth interview with Coach Donna. Designed to help strengthen the bones. Please watch the very informative interview. Coach Donna has decades of experience working with people of all ages but especially focused on bone health, respiratory health and breast cancer survivors.

  • A la carte Workouts - Go to the "Explore" tab and browse all of the stand alone workouts.

How it works

  • If you want a comprehensive Program, choose a Program that suits what you need. The calendar is laid out for you so all you have to do is press Start.
  • If you are looking for a la carte workouts to supplement your already existing program or if you want to pull together and create your own program, go to the "Explore" tab and pick the workouts that you need.
